What if I cancel my service before the end of my contract?

CPI Security -

Customers with a CPI Smart Pay agreement:  Once you’ve paid off your Smart Pay equipment balance and your account is in good standing, you will be eligible for month-to-month monitoring services.

Customers who signed up for service prior to July 17, 2018:  Please reference your monitoring agreement for specific terms.  An early termination charge may apply depending on the months of the agreement fulfilled.  Contact a CPI customer service representative for details at 800-948-7133.
